Maybe the best Transmission shop in AZ? I'm on Vacation and become in trouble with my rear end. Asked two other shops, one offered an appointmend next month, the other was not interested. Mike told me: "come in, we will have a look" Finaly: Plenty of Experience in the house, a great team with heart and soul for screws and nuts, the Differential of my 2005 GMC Sierra 2500 HD runs smooth and quiet again now. They changed all diff- and rear wheel bearings and it took only three days. Professional Service! And so AIRSTREAM and me can create more memories on our Roadtrip. Thanks to Mike and the Team for make all these posible! Kept you in best memories.

We are extremely satisfied with Tucson Auto and Diesel! My husbands truck was pretty much dead and Josh the owner contacted us through Facebook and got us in the very next day! We had some trouble getting our truck there, but nonetheless we got it there. We expected our truck to be out for a couple days considering we had just dropped it off, and they got it back to us the same exact day! If I could recommend anyone to go anywhere for their trucks it’s this place! 10/10 experience!

Holy Cow! This place knocks it out of the park. Super friendly staff especially the greeters at the front desk. The cost for my KIA Transfer Case replacement was very reasonable compared to the "crooks" at Royal KIA service department. I will be going back here for sure, highly recommended.

absolutely the most honest and exceptional mechanic shop i have ever seen. had bought a 98 cummins that the motor crapped out on immediately and they gave me the best quote of any shop in tucson, not only that but we got screwed on 3 different motors and the owner held the truck no charge for months, and his boys went above and beyond to get it running and didnt charge me extra. absolutely the best around.

The office people and the mechanics were very friendly and knowledgeable and the turn a round time was reasonably quick. Awesome place! They listened to my car issues and tried the best to find what I had. The transmission service found the problem which was a crimped vacuum hose. Solved the whole problem and eased the shifting issue. Patience for good work and reasonable pricing. Will always recommend them.

Definitely the best transmission place in town. They’ve been around for many years and are a credible place to take your vehicle to. They’ve never disappointed us. We’ve had our 1995 GMC transmission rebuilt years back and were very satisfied with their service and quality. Just recently we bought a newer GMC, not had it for a year and the transmission had some troubles. We remembered the great job they did on our last GMC and decided to take the newer one in. Our vehicle was in and out within the week. The customer service is very professional and personable, they make you feel like family. Great place for transmission repair, took my 2018 Silverado in for a rebuild and had me up in running quick. They asked for upgrading the torque converter and putting thermal bypass. Which I liked that they gave me options and kept in contact with me throughout repair process

I came to Josh with a huge problem, my truck was down. he had me tow it the very next day, and by 3:00 PM my truck was back up and running. I understand it may not allways be that quick but he knew I needed my truck and he did everytning in hos power to help me out. I am extremely thankful for those guys and the hard work they put into my truck. Not only did they do a great job, but they were honest with me from the start. They didn’t beat around the bush; they gave me straight answers and were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I’m from Massachusetts and I was looking at a truck for sale at a dealership in Tuscon Arizona. It was a 6.0 diesel which I saw based on other reviews that this place specializes in. I called and spoke to a Josh Brown about possibly going over and doing an inspection of the truck for me. He did and he followed me up with a very detailed report about the good and the bad with the truck. I’m very happy I had a trusted set of eyes more than halfway across the country from me to tell me all the information I needed to know.
